Hi, I’m Deborah Masak

I’m a Strategic Impact Advisor and Coach for Learning & Development Leaders.

For most of my three-decade career, I have built and led L&D departments across organizations, industries, and global teams.

Like you, I always knew L&D created value for the business — but I also learned how easily that value gets questioned, overlooked, or reduced to “training requests” when it is not clearly connected to measurable outcomes.

That changed when I became certified in ROI methodology and began building a measurement mindset into the way my teams designed, delivered, and evaluated learning. It helped me reposition L&D from an optional cost center to a measurable driver of business performance and strategic influence.
